Calumet Civil Contractors, Inc. with more than 55 years of experience in central Indiana, performs all phases of site development and road construction. Calumet Civil Contractors, Inc. construction services include asphalt paving, stone base & shoulder placement, earthwork, sewer and underground utility installation, and concrete construction.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks.

Work Environment

• Office working environment
• Monday- Friday

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
• Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper).
• Order office supplies and manage inventory.
• Assist with data entry and record keeping.
• Greet visitors and provide general administrative support.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 Years of administrative or office experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
